Owens Corning Q4: In Continued Transition Owens Corning's strategic focus on ESG, insulation, and energy transition, along with the Masonite acquisition, provides a solid growth platform despite current market challenges. The company reported 2024 sales of $10.98 billion, with adjusted earnings of $15.91 per share, but GAAP earnings were significantly lower due to various charges. Despite a reasonable valuation at 10 times adjusted earnings and reduced leverage, the lack of organic growth and high margins limit near-term earnings growth potential. seekingalpha.com - 1 month ago
