Dividend Bargains Too Good For Retirees To Ignore Retirement income investments usually demand higher valuations for safety, cash flow, and inflation protection, similar to paying more for comprehensive insurance. Many retirees face a gap between income goals and available capital, making high-priced defensive assets less practical. To bridge this gap, seeking higher yields is tempting but risky; caution, diversification, and patience are essential when yields exceed 7%-8%. seekingalpha.com - 1 week ago
3 Big Dividend Income Machines Printing Cash For Retirement Living on dividend income is a great way to retire. However, maintaining a proper balance between yield and growth, as well as sufficient sector diversification, is essential. I share three big dividend income machines that can help create a complete dividend income portfolio. seekingalpha.com - 1 week ago
What I Wish I Knew Before Buying BDCs, REITs, And MLPs BDCs, REITs, and MLPs offer attractive, sustainable yields due to pass-through structures and stable cash flow profiles. However, each of these sectors has its own unique quirks. I discuss several of these that are often overlooked by investors. seekingalpha.com - 1 week ago
I'm Locking 7-8% Yields For Future Retirement Income I prefer high-yielding dividend stocks that enable me to redeploy cash at regular intervals. I highlight 2 such undervalued names that are poised to deliver potentially strong returns. Both have strong business models that have enabled them to grow their asset base, all while supporting hefty dividends for shareholders. seekingalpha.com - 1 week ago
Here Are My Top 5 High-Yield Midstream Stocks to Buy Now For investors in search of high yields and growing distributions, there is no better part of the market to look at than the midstream energy sector. While the players in the industry do face the risks associated with slumping energy volumes and aren't completely immune to energy price downturns, they are generally in great financial shape at the moment and seeing increased growth opportunities. fool.com - 1 week ago
MPLX: A High Quality And Cheap Distribution Growth Play MPLX remains a top midstream pick, due to strong distribution growth, robust coverage, and strategic expansion in the Permian Basin. The full acquisition and planned expansion of the BANGL pipeline are key catalysts for future EBITDA and distributable cash flow growth. The BANGL expansion indicates potential for organic growth and investors should expect more pipeline projects in MPLX's core markets in order for the company to accelerate its NGL growth strategy. seekingalpha.com - 1 week ago
1 Energy Stock With a Dividend Yield Over 7% Right Now The energy sector can be a great place for income investors to find higher-yielding options. The average energy stock in the S&P 500 has a yield of around 3% at its current share price, which is more than double the 1.3% yield of the broad market index. fool.com - 1 week ago
Two Alternatives For A Potential $5000 Monthly Income Traditionally, a large portion of equity returns has come from two factors - reinvested dividends and compounding. We present two income-focused approaches: a fund-based portfolio for hands-off investors and a stock-plus-ETF portfolio for active investors. Both strategies target a 6% income yield, capital preservation, and inflation-beating growth, but differ in maintenance ask and risk profiles. seekingalpha.com - 1 week ago
Retirement Yield Trap Or Treasure? 1 Stock To Sell, 1 To Buy Retirement income investing and high-yields are not mutually exclusive. In fact, I could see a case for building a prudent portfolio that consists of 7%+ yielding securities. Yet, there is a merit of including lower yielding securities as well. seekingalpha.com - 2 weeks ago

Rapidly Growing 7%+ Yield: My Favorite High-Yield Fund Today It is rare to find a fund that combines high yield, high growth, no leverage, and strong underlying quality. Fortress Income: 7-11% Yields To Make Money While You Sleep Buying right and holding tight can be a winning investment strategy over in-vogue short-term strategies. EPD has strong fee-based earnings, strong balance sheet, and growth projects coming online, offering a 6.8% yield and potential for double-digit total returns. CSWC excels in the lower middle market with an internally managed structure, low expenses, and an 11% yield, supporting regular and special dividends. seekingalpha.com - 2 weeks ago
