Farmland Partners: Outlook Increased As Company Diversifies Revenue Streams Farmland Partners Inc. is a farmland REIT focused on the Corn Belt and High Plains regions. Recent land sales impacted Q1 2025 AFFO, but the company nevertheless increased its full-year outlook. The improvement was driven by growth in the REIT's lending operations, higher solar, wind, recreation rent, as well as ongoing share buybacks. seekingalpha.com - 1 month ago

Farmland Partners (FPI) Q1 FFO Miss Estimates Farmland Partners (FPI) came out with quarterly funds from operations (FFO) of $0.05 per share, missing the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $0.06 per share. This compares to FFO of $0.06 per share a year ago. zacks.com - 1 month ago
Large Price Disconnects In REITs From Misapplied Perspective Real estate professionals' negative outlook on transaction volumes has led to a bearish sentiment on REITs, despite stable property values and NOI growth. Tariff uncertainty and fluctuating mortgage rates have reduced transaction activity, but real estate owners care about NOI and property value, not transaction volume. REIT stocks are trading at significant discounts, with the median REIT at 77.9% of NAV, presenting a unique investment opportunity. seekingalpha.com - 1 month ago
Farmland Partners: Reduced Debt And High Resilience Amid Uncertainty I rate Farmland Partners a Buy due to its unique agricultural portfolio, stable leasing model, and multiple growth catalysts, with a $14–$18 target. FPI's refinancing in late 2024 at 5.77% will eliminate floating exposure, saving $10.9 Mn annually and enhancing earnings predictability. FPI's diversified crop mix and strategic location in top production regions reduce risk and yield above-average rents, strengthening its market position. seekingalpha.com - 1 month ago

The Perfect Storm Is Forming For REIT Outperformance REITs have been in the doghouse for years. However, that could all be changing soon—don't miss the window. I also discuss one near-zero net debt REIT offers inflation protection, recession resistance, and deep value. seekingalpha.com - 2 months ago
Buy The Dip: 6%-Yielding Inflation Hedges Getting Way Too Cheap The Fed is trapped — here's how tariffs could unleash runaway inflation. Gold is expensive and yields nothing — these 6%+ dividend stocks offer better inflation protection. Both are on fire-sale. seekingalpha.com - 2 months ago
All You Need to Know About Farmland Partners (FPI) Rating Upgrade to Strong Buy Farmland Partners (FPI) might move higher on growing optimism about its earnings prospects, which is reflected by its upgrade to a Zacks Rank #1 (Strong Buy). zacks.com - 2 months ago
1 REIT To Sell And 1 Better Alternative To Buy We are not passive buy-and-hold investors. We will regularly sell positions to reinvest in better opportunities. I highlight one such opportunity in the REIT sector today. seekingalpha.com - 3 months ago
Farmland Partners: Interim Value Via Asset Sales, Long Term Via Strategic Pivot Farmland Partners Inc.'s Q4 earnings surpassed expectations in February, with FFO per share beating targets. The REIT is focusing on asset sales-based shareholder returns and strategic acquisitions, despite potential FFO reductions from asset sales, ensuring sustained dividends through fiscal 2025. Debt reduction and strategic acquisitions might drive future value, enhancing FPI's bottom-line performance and providing diversification benefits for risk reduction. seekingalpha.com - 3 months ago
Winners Of REIT Earnings Season In Part 2 of our Earnings Recap, we present a sector-by-sector breakdown of the Winners of REIT Earnings Season, discussing incremental positives/negatives and noting the individual standouts. Healthcare REITs were the leaders this earnings season, with results showing robust momentum in senior housing fundamentals, while tenant operator issues improved across other healthcare sub-sectors. Results from Net Lease, Casino, and Residential Mortgage REITs - several of the most rate-sensitive sectors - were also surprisingly steady despite the interest rate turbulence in late 2024. seekingalpha.com - 3 months ago
