Cementos Pacasmayo May Offer An Adjusted 13% Earnings Yield, But Is Fairly Valued Cementos Pacasmayo's margins expanded in FY 2024 due to higher utilization of concrete projects, despite a 4% drop in yearly cement volumes. The company announced new large infrastructure projects for FY 2025, but these projects have led to a 10-20% YoY increase in SG&A costs. With no significant growth plans or stock buybacks, CPAC offers an adjusted 13% earnings yield, which I consider fair but not attractive. seekingalpha.com - 1 week ago

Pacasmayo Landed More Projects And Waits For A Recovery, The Stock Remains A Hold Pacasmayo's 3Q24 earnings showed flat revenues despite declining volumes, thanks to pricing power and new clinker capacity, improving gross and EBITDA margins. Economic improvements and new infrastructure projects, including a mine project, are expected to boost future demand, replacing the Piura airport project. Despite higher SG&A costs, operating and net income increased, but the stock remains a Hold due to fair but unattractive 11-13% earnings yields. seekingalpha.com - 3 months ago
