It owns and operates indoor music venues under the Bourbon Brothers Presents name; outdoor music amphitheaters under The Sunset Amphitheater name; restaurants under the Bourbon Brothers Smokehouse & Tavern, Notes Eatery, Roth's Seafood & Chophouse, and Notes Hospitality Collection names; and bars under the Brohan's name. The company also hosts events; and rents event space. Venu Holding Corporation was formerly known as Notes Live, Inc. and changed its name to Venu Holding Corporation in September 2024. The company was incorporated in 2017 and is based in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
